Text Box: September 3, 1998   Dear Walter and Nazzareno Mastroddi,   This is a short note to express our  sincer app[recitation for all that you have done  for us over the past few months. Our 1998 Acura  was terribly damaged. We were very upset. You  calmed us down and ventually “put it together” like new. Amazing. A Week after we picked it up  our car was damaged again. This time it was a hit and run in the White Plains parking lot. So there we  were again, like in your friendly and reassuring  office. Naturally, we got it all fixed again, like new. Your company is efficient, your work  is superb, and you and your employees are friendly and  skilled. You set an example that others in your industry  probably find it difficult to follow.
